We will take the following procedures when accepting payments.

For payment by Debit card:

    * If we deliver: category A applies

    * If you collect (or arrange collection): category B and C applies

For payment by Credit Card:

    * If we deliver:categories A, B and C apply

    * If you collect (or arrange collection): categories B and C apply

Proceedure Categories

Any information provided must be matching other information before we accept it.

    A. We can only deliver an item purchased using a credit card or debit card to the registered address for that payment method.

    B. This procedure only needs to be done once per account. We must receive original proof of your identity and proof of your address at the time of processing the payment, before we can release your purchase to you. We will take a copy of the documents you provide and keep them on file for future reference. Any original documents sent to us will be returned to you.

    
 * Suitable proof of ID would be;
    - Drivers license
    - Passport

 *Suitable proof of address would be;
    - Utility bill
    - Bank statement
    - Official Document sent to you in the mail

    C. This procedure only needs to be done once per card. We must receive a photocopy of the credit/debit card used. We will keep it on file for future reference.
